Renovation

To start with proper pujas and rituals a Devaprasnam was held, which explained various problems and certain suggestions for their elimination, from the Yanjacharyan. Some of the remedial procedures suggested where done. However the major one- the rennovation process is left. The temple has no income of its own. The trust and its activities largely run on meager contributions from the devotees, particularly the low income group- the daily wage earners in the immediate locality. With these limited income the renovation couldn't be carried upto the estimated cost of 50 Lakh.

What is Devaprasnam?
Devaprasnam is the astrology to find out the will of God (Devahitam). There is an expectation by devotees that The God 'Parama Siva' had created Thirty Three Crores demigod in this universe. It is clearly depicted in the astrological book about the different expression and peculiarity of their state. There can be many more things in a temple which create damage to the divine life force or vigour. For recognizing this damages in time and curing this by fostering the worship of God, the astrologers totally depend on astrology, a part of spiritual knowledge or holy scriptures. As all these think about God’s subject, it is termed as "Deva prasnam". An astrologer needs Scientific knowledge, "Guru Kripa", God’s grace, beyond above all,he should have blessings of god of the particular temple in which he is dealing, then only the result of astrological calculation will be favourable or pleasing.
